Mexican Red Rice

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 c Thrive White Rice
- 2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 5 1/4 c Water
- 4 tsp THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
- 1/2 c THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
- 1/3 c Thrive Bell Peppers
- 1/3 c Thrive Tomato Powder
Directions
- In a large skillet (with a lid), saute uncooked rice in vegetable oil until lightly browned. Stir in garlic salt and cumin. Add water and the remainder of the ingredients. Stir over medium heat until well combined. Cover. When it starts to boil, turn heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes until rice is tender and liquid is aborbed. Gently stir rice before serving. NOTE: Avoid lifting lid or stirring until you think it's done
