Ingredients

  • FIRST PINT JAR CONTENTS
  • t tsp THRIVE Beef Bouillon
  • 1 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1 tsp THRIVE Summer Limeade (seasonal)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Tomato Powder
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger) - Freeze Dried
  • 3/4 C THRIVE Instant Brown Rice
  • SECOND PINT JAR CONTENTS
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Sour Cream Powder
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Chopped Spinach - Freeze Dried
  • 3/4 C THRIVE Instant Refried Beans
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Mixed Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Mango - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 2 1/2 C Water
  • OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
  • 1 C THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Freeze Dried, reconstituted
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Sour Cream Powder, reconstituted
  • 1/2 C Zesty Guacamole, reconstituted

Directions

  1. Heat 2 1/2 cups of water to boil.
  2. Add the first 8 ingredients (The first jar contents) to boiling water.
  3. Stir, lower heat to medium and cover.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the next 7 ingredients (The second jar contents).
  6. Stir and continue to simmer for 5-10 more minutes
  7. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves or tortillas and wrap.
  8. Sprinkle the tops with cheddar cheese.
  9. Add sour cream and guacamole as desired on top.
