Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Blueberries FD
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Mango FD
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Raspberries FD
  • 1 tbsp. Cane Sugar
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch

Directions

  1. Add water and fruit to a pot. Bring to a boil and then let simmer on low heat until mango is soft and water is reduced.
  2. Stir occasionally. Add sugar to taste and stir in to dissolve.
  3. Stir cornstarch together with enough cold water to dissolve. Add to pot and simmer for another minute or two until sauce thickens and looks glossy.
  4. If you can taste the cornstarch - heat a bit more!
  5. Add or delete sugar as you desire.
