Mango berry sauce

Add sugar to taste and a little bit of cornstarch to have a pancake syrup or cake sauce to replace those processed bottled ones!

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Blueberries FD
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Mango FD
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Raspberries FD
- 1 tbsp. Cane Sugar
- 1 c. Water
- 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
Directions
- Add water and fruit to a pot. Bring to a boil and then let simmer on low heat until mango is soft and water is reduced.
- Stir occasionally. Add sugar to taste and stir in to dissolve.
- Stir cornstarch together with enough cold water to dissolve. Add to pot and simmer for another minute or two until sauce thickens and looks glossy.
- If you can taste the cornstarch - heat a bit more!
- Add or delete sugar as you desire.
