Ingredients

  • 1 C THRIVE Mango
  • 2 TBLS THRIVE Onion Dices
  • 2 TBLS Dried Cilantro Or a 1/4 c fresh chopped
  • 2 TBLS warm water
  • 1 C Avocado
  • 2TBLS Tejon Chili/Lime seasoning

Directions

  1. Mix Dried items with warm water and Tejon - Allow it to sit for an hour (Cook time). If fresh Cilantro is used add it last just before serving.
  2. After it has rested for an hour, add avocado and fresh cilantro stir lightly and serve! If you are unable to find Tejon seasoning, you can substitute Chili powder and a dash of Lemon or Lime juice.
