Macaroni, Chicken, and Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
- 2 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices
- 1 1/2 c. Water
- 2 c. Elbow Macaroni
- 2 c. bay shrimp, squeezed dry
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Celery
- 1 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1 c. THRIVE Broccoli
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. Cholula hot sauce
- 1 tbsp. garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 1 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/2 tsp. Peppercorn
- 1/4 c. Salad Seasoning Blend
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Onions
Directions
- Soak chicken in 1 ½ cups cool water for 15 minutes. Do not drain.
- Cook macaroni until tender and cool in a strainer under cold water.
- Add vegetables and 1/2 cup water to chicken. Stir lightly and allow to sit 2 more minutes.
- Mix together remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Add chicken mixture and shrimp to macaroni, then toss with mayo mixture to coat.
