Ingredients

  • 2 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 2 c. Elbow Macaroni
  • 2 c. bay shrimp, squeezed dry
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Celery
  • 1 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
  • 1/3 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 1 c. THRIVE Broccoli
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. Cholula hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp. garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1/2 tsp. Peppercorn
  • 1/4 c. Salad Seasoning Blend
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Onions

Directions

  1. Soak chicken in 1 ½ cups cool water for 15 minutes. Do not drain.
  2. Cook macaroni until tender and cool in a strainer under cold water.
  3. Add vegetables and 1/2 cup water to chicken. Stir lightly and allow to sit 2 more minutes.
  4. Mix together remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Add chicken mixture and shrimp to macaroni, then toss with mayo mixture to coat.
