Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Thrive Life scrambled egg mix
  • 2 Tablespoons Thrive Life spinach
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon gelatin powder
  • 7 Tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to the carafe of a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3. Spray your cooking surface with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Preheat your griddle or skillet to medium low.
  5. Pour the spinach/egg mixture in a large circle, starting at the center and swirling outwards.
  6. Smooth out the circle with an offset spatula until it's about 12-14 inches in diameter.
  7. Cook on medium low temperature until the underside is starting to turn a light brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Flip over and cook another minute.
  9. Let cool completely, then fill, wrap, and enjoy!
