Ingredients

  • 3 c. Egg Noodle Pasta
  • 24 meatballs (see Tuscan Meatballs recipe)
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped Onions- Dehydrated
  • 3 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices - Freeze Dried
  • 3/4 c. THRIVE Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Freeze Dried (reconstituted)

Directions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water, cool, and set aside.
  2. Brown cooked meatballs with oil, garlic, and onions.
  3. Add the water, Italian seasoning, oregano, and tomatoes and bring to a simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Add tomato sauce and Chef's Choice; allow to simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked pasta and toss together. Top with Parmesan before serving.
