Ingredients
- 2 c. THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Freeze Dried Reconstituted
- 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - Freeze Dried Reconstituted
- 1 pkg. Wonton Wrappers
- 2 c. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
- 1 dash Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pn. Basil For topping - if desired
- 1 Homemade Pasta (recipe below)
- 2 c. THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger) - Freeze Dried Reconstituted
- Pasta Sauce
- 3 1/2 c. Water
- 1 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1 tsp. Garlic - granulated or fresh (use less)
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano Dried
- 1 tsp. Basil Dried
- 1 tsp. Parsley Dried
- 1/2 c. Tomato Powder
- 1 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Sausage Crumbles - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces - Freeze Dried
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Beef Bouillon
Directions
- Begin by layering a wonton wrapper (press into greased large cupcake tin), then parmasan cheese, meat, ricotta cheese, pasta sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers, turning each wrapper a little, until cup is almost full.
- Top with a round wrapper (use a biscuit cutter or top of glass to cut a round), with a topping of a little sauce, parmasan cheese and garnish with a little basil (if desired).
- Use knife to loosen edges when done to remove.
- Pasta Sauce
- Add ingredients to boiling water. Simmer on low until desired thickness is obtained.
