Kitchen Sink Casserole

Throw it all in the pot dinner! This recipe has been almost 40 years in the making - it's different every time, because you can add whatever vegetables you want... Substitute some, add more, delete some. Thrivelize it & Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 pound or 2 C. Ground Beef or Thrive Ground Beef
- 1 package Macaroni & Cheese Mix
- 1/4 C. Thrive Sweet Corn
- 1/4 C. Thrive Green Beans
- 1/4 C. Thrive Mushroom Pieces
- 1/4 C. Thrive Red or Green Peppers (or mixed)
- 1/4 C. Thrive Green Chili Peppers
- 1/4 C. Thrive Diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 t. Spices - salt & pepper, garlic, Chef's Choice
- 1/2 C to 1 C. Water
- 1/2 C. Thrive Cheddar Cheese, prepared
- 1/4 C. Milk for Mac & Cheese Mix
- 4 T. Butter for Mac & Cheese Mix
Directions
- Heat oven to 400º
- Begin frying ground beef - or Add 1/2 C. Water to 2 C. Thrive Ground Beef to refresh.
- Prepare Macaroni & Cheese mix according to package directions. When fully prepared, set aside.
- Put all vegetables into a bowl; add 1/2 C. Water; stir.
- When Ground Beef and Vegetables are ready, add them together in a 2 Qt. Casserole Dish. Stir well.
- Add prepared Mac & Cheese Mix to meat & vegetables. Stir well.
- Put Casserole dish in pre-heated oven.
- At 25 minutes, add Shredded Cheese to top of casserole.
- Heat an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven; let sit for about 5 minutes; serve & enjoy!
