Italian Wedding Soup - ready in 15 minutes

Ingredients
- 8 c. Water
- 3 tbsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
- 2 c. small pasta - your choice. For gluten free alternative, I use rice
- 2 c. THRIVE Sausage Crumbles - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. Mixed Bell Peppers
- 2 c. THRIVE Chopped Spinach - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. Pesto - prepared or homemade
Directions
- Bring broth to boil and add pasta or rice if you're opting for gluten free.
- Cook 5 minutes (depends on the type of pasta you use so adjust if needed). You're looking to get the pasta about 1/2 cooked. Stir a few times to prevent sticking.
- Add onion, sausage, dehydrated peppers. Stir and cook for another minute or two.
- Turn heat off and add spinach and pesto. Stir again and cover.
- Let sit covered for another few minutes to finish the pasta / rice, while you're setting the table and calling the family.
