Ingredients

  • 1/3 C Mixed Bell Peppers
  • 1/3 C THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 1 C THRIVE Sausage Crumbles
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
  • 2 Tbsp THRIVE Beef Bouillon
  • 14 oz Pasta of choice
  • 1 C THRIVE Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Re-hydrated
  • 10 C Water

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except the mozzarella cheese into a large stock pot, and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and cook until pasta noodles are done, approximately 10-12 minutes, depending on type of noodles used.
  3. Add the tomato sauce powder to the pot and stir until combined.
  4. Cook an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Top with re-hydrated mozzarella cheese.
