Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 c. THRIVE Chopped Chicken
  • 1/3 c. THRIVE Celery
  • 1/3 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1 c. Roasted Cashews
  • 1 c. THRIVE Red Seedless Grapes, halved

Directions

  1. Combine the chicken, celery, onion, and water in a mixing bowl. Stir till combined. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. In a small bowl mix together the mayo, honey, and curry powder.
  3. Add the honey curry sauce, cashews and grapes to the chicken salad. Stir till combined.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
