Holiday Macaroons

I love cranberry orange relish so I thought "why not a cookie?". I mixed my love for our macaroon mix with the relish idea! Except for the chocolate, its 100% Thrive!

Ingredients
- 3 1/4 C THRIVE Macaroon Cookie Mix
- 1 C THRIVE Cranberries
- 1/3 C THRIVE Orange Bliss
- 1 C Water
- 1 Parchment Paper
Directions
- Place the cranberries into a 2 cup measuring cup and cover with warm water.
- Stir the Orange Bliss into the cranberries and let sit 5 min.
- Drain the water off into another measuring cup. Heat 1/2 cup of the water in the microwave for 2 min. (You can either throw out the rest of the water or add it to your plants.)
- Mix the hot water with the macaroon mix; then add the cranberry orange mix. Let rest for 15 min.
- While the Mixture is resting, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Also place parchment paper on two 13x9 cookie pans.
- Using a soup spoon, drop the mixture onto the lined cookie sheets. I try to position a berry on top.
- Bake for 20 min, checking at 15 min . They should be lightly brown and will be pink.
- You can even make them more festive by drizzling colored chocolate. I used white on these, but also made some with red, green and orange-black.
- Makes 24 cookies
