Ingredients

  • 1 C THRIVE Sweet Cherries
  • 1 C THRIVE Banana Slices
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Chopped Spinach
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Kale
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Vanilla Yogurt Bite
  • 1 C Ice (4-5 Cubes)
  • 1 C Milk (your preferred choice)
  • 1 C Water

Directions

  1. My daughter and I decided to try out a Thrive Smoothie this morning. We felt like having some bananas and cherries so here you go!
  2. Basically, toss all ingredients in and mix in blender! Enjoy!
  3. Use LESS milk/water for a thicker shake :D
