Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • 3 Fresh Eggs
  • 2 C Warm Water
  • 1 tsp Cane Sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeats
  • 2 1/2 C Rice Flour
  • 2/3 C Cornstarch
  • 2/3 C THRIVE Instant Milk
  • 1 tsp Xanthum Gum
  • 1 tsp Iodized Salt

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit together until bubbly.
  2. Meanwhile, mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. Once yeast is bubbly, add the wet and dry ingredients to the bowl and mix with a hand mixer until just incorporated.
  4. Dough should be a sticky, thick batter. Once mixed together, spray a bread pan with cooking spray and spread dough evenly into the pan. Wet fingers to smooth out the top.
  5. Let rise until doubled in size (1–2 hours) and bake at 350F for 45–60 minutes or until golden brown.
