Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. THRIVE LIFE Scrambled Egg Mix refreshed with 6 tbs water
  • 1 3/4 c. THRIVE LIFE Instant Milk refreshed
  • 2 c. THRIVE LIFE Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 tbsp. Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 4 tsp. Double Acting Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 c. THRIVE LIFE Blueberries - Freeze Dried
  • 1/3 c. Cane Sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Water

Directions

  1. Heat waffle iron.
  2. Mix all ingredients except the last 3 together in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. While your waffles are cooking, place blueberries, 1/3 c sugar, and 1 1/2 c water in a pan.
  4. Bring to a boil, then let simmer until cooked down. Takes about the same amount of time as it does to cook a batch of waffles (can thicken with a little corn starch and water).
  5. Serve the blueberries over the waffles.
