Gluten Free waffles with blue berries

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix refreshed with 6 tbs water
- 1 3/4 c. THRIVE Instant Milk refreshed
- 2 c. THRIVE Gluten Free Flour
- 1 tbsp. Cane Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 4 tsp. Double Acting Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Blueberries - Freeze Dried
- 1/3 c. Cane Sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Water
Directions
- Heat waffle iron.
- Mix all ingredients except the last 3 together in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- While your waffles are cooking place, blueberries, 1/3 c sugar and 1 1/2 c water in a pan.
- Bring to a boil then let simmer until cooked down. Takes about the same amount of time as it does to cook a batch of waffles (can thicken with a little corn starch and water ).
- Serve the blueberries over the waffles.
