Ingredients
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 3 1/2 - 4 cups Thrive Gluten-Free Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Thrive Raspberries (refreshed)
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. Cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy
- 3. Add eggs, vanilla, and almond extract and mix well
- 4. Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined
- 5. Stir in white & chocolate chips
- 6. Break cookie dough into pieces (move to different bowl as you go if it's easier) and scatter the refreshed Thrive raspberries evenly throughout the dough.
- 7. Scoop dough onto greased cookie sheet taking raspberries in each scoop
- 8. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes
- 9. Move to baking rack to cool
