Ingredients
- 2 c. THRIVE Gluten Free Flour
- 3/4 c. Cane Sugar
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 1 tbsp. Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can
- 1 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk
- 1/2 c. Butter, melted
- 1/2 c. Water
- 2 Eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Gently fold in wet ingredients until just combined.
- Scoop batter into lined muffin pan 3/4 of the way up the liner.
- Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and tooth pick comes clean.
