Gluten Free Crepes

Delicious Gluten free crepes made with Thrive GF Flour

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs ( 2 TBSP Thrive Scrambled egg mix with 3 TBSP water for each egg
- 2 cups Milk ( Use 3 TBSP per cup of water)
- 1 Cup Thrive Gluten Free Flour
- 4 TBSP Melted butter
- 2 TBSP Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender. May put in fridge for 1/2 hour to thicken batter.
- Heat a 10 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat or spray with a little oil. Pour 1/4 cup batter into pan.
- Turn and tilt evenly, cook until top of crepe appears set, bottom is firm and golden brown in spots and edges lift from pan. 1-2 minutes.
- Slip a spatula under crepe and gently flip, cook until bottom is firm and golden in spots about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
