Gluten Free Biscuits

Dig into a warm biscuit using our Gluten Free Flour!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb THRIVE Gluten Free Flour
- 1/2 tsp Iodized Salt
- 1/4 C Cane Sugar
- 3 1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 lb. Butter, salted or THRIVE butter
- 4 C Buttermilk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
- Combine all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
- Cut in the cold butter by hand, making the butter small crumbles of flour.
- Add the buttermilk and mix until just combined.
- Roll out to 1 inch thick and cut biscuit into 2 inch circles.
- Place the biscuits on a greased half size sheet pan, making sure they are touching each other and NOT spread apart.
- Brush additional melted butter over the top of the biscuits and bake for 15-20 minutes at 425F, or until golden brown.
- Yields: 24 Biscuits
