Gluten/Dairy Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Ingredients
- 2 c. Brown Sugar
- 2/3 c. Oil
- 6 tbsp. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
- 12 tbsp. Water
- 2 3/4 c. THRIVE Gluten Free Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 pkg. Chocolate Chips
Directions
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Spread dough into greased cookie sheet and bake at 325F for 12-15 minutes
- Only Dairy free if you use a dairy free chocolate chips. (I used Enjoy Life mini chips)
