Ingredients
- 2 tsp Thrive Life Vegetarian Beef Bouillon
- 1/2 C water
- 1/3 C low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Thrive Life Honey Crystals or other sweetener
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3 cloves garlic, minced, or Thrive Life Garlic
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 C Thrive Life Diced Beef
- 1 tsp Thrive Life Vegetarian Beef Bouillon
- 3/4 C Thrive Life Green Peas
- 1/2 C Thrive Life Chopped Onions
- 1 C Thrive Life Broccoli
- 1/2 C Thrive Life Carrot Dices
- 1 C Thrive Life Red Bell Peppers
- 2 C water to refresh all the veggies
- You can substitute any of the veggies with Thrive Life, fresh, or frozen veggies.
Directions
- To make the sauce, mix the first 9 ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Let the mixture sit while you work on the rest of the recipe.
- To make the stir-fry, mix the last 8 ingredients into a pot and let them refresh.
- Once refreshed, add the sauce mixture to the stir-fry mixture.
- Let the mixture simmer until sauce is thickened and food is cooked through.
- Enjoy with Thrive Life Instant White Rice or Instant Brown Rice or noodles.
