"Gimme Thrive" Warm Corn Salad

A great side dish for your barbecue or picnic. Good warm or cold!

Ingredients
- 3 c. THRIVE Sweet Corn - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1 oz. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
- 2 Tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. THRIVE sour cream
- 1 c. chopped cooked bacon
- 1 tsp. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Freeze Dried (previously reconstituted)
- 1/4 tsp Iodized Salt
- 3 c. water
Directions
- In a large skillet over high heat, stir corn CONSTANTLY until it begins to brown a little. IMMEDIATELY add the water.
- Add in the onions and green chili peppers. Reduce heat to medium and stir occasionally. Keep on heat for about 10 minutes or until veggies are rehydrated and heated through.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream and stir well until smooth. Stir in the bacon, cheese, and seasonings.
- Add the corn mixture to the cream cheese mixture, stirring to combine. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
