"Gimme Thrive" Sausage Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 c. THRIVE Sausage Crumbles
- 1/2 c. Warm water
- 2 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 2 Eggs or THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
- 2 c. Buttermilk
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions
- Combine sausage crumbles and warm water; allow to sit for 15-20 minutes to rehydrate.
- Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix eggs, milk, and oil together with a whisk until well blended.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Do not over-mix. Drain any excess water from sausage. Pat dry with paper towels. Add sausage to pancake batter and stir to incorporate.
- Pour on hot, greased griddle and cook on both sides till golden brown.
