Whether you choose to prep this as a jar meal or go straight from can to pot, you're gonna love this creamy, meaty side dish! Recipe amounts are for a quart jar but you can make it in a pint jar by halving the ingredients.

Ingredients
- 3 C THRIVE Sweet Corn - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 C THRIVE Sausage Crumbles - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 C `THRIVE Butter Powder
- 1/2 C THRIVE Sour Cream Powder
- 1 tsp Iodized Salt
- 1/2 tsp THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1 Tbsp THRIVE Honey Crystals
- 2 Tbsp Cornmeal
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Green Onions - Freeze Dried
- 4 C Water
Directions
- If preparing as a jar meal, layer ingredients in order listed in a clean quart jar. For long-term storage, seal with vacuum sealer.
- When ready to use, boil 4 cups of water in a large saucepan on the stove.
- Dump jar contents (or dump ingredients from cans if not using jar method) into boiling water.
- Bring back to a boil and lower heat to simmer the mixture for 13-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and allow to sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
