"Gimme Thrive" Caprese Joes

With the fresh taste of tomato, basil, and mozzarella, these Italian-inspired sloppy joes give new life to an old family favorite! Make these for dinner tonight!

Ingredients
- 3 C THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger) - Freeze Dried
- 3 C Water
- 3 Tbsp Basil
- 1/2 C Tomato Powder
- 1/2 tsp Iodized Salt
- 2 C Grape Tomatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 1/4 C THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - Freeze Dried
Directions
- In a large skillet set over medium-high heat, toast the ground beef for half a minute or so, stirring frequently. Add in the water and enjoy the Thrive sizzle!
- Add in the basil, tomato powder, and salt and stir to combine. Continue to warm the ingredients through until the beef has fully hydrated. Remove from heat.
- Gently stir in the cheese and the tomatoes. Cover with a lid and allow to sit for a few minutes so the cheese will melt.
- Serve on hamburger buns or sandwich rolls.
