"Gimme Thrive" Butter Dips

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
- 2 tbsp. Cane Sugar
- 4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 1 c. milk
Directions
- Turn oven to 400 degrees. Place butter in a 9"x13" pan and place in oven until butter is melted. Then remove and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and stir well.
- Add milk, and stir well to combine.
- Turn dough onto a floured board and pat or roll out into a 5"x12" rectangle. Cut into 12 1-inch wide strips.
- Twist each strip gently and lay into buttered dish, using a pastry brush to get the melted butter on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
