Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Onion Slices - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Celery - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Carrot Dices
  • 1/4 c. Mixed Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Cauliflower- Freeze Dried broken in to smaller pieces if desired
  • 3 cloves Sliced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Peppercorn
  • 1 1/4 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Pepperoncini Pepper Slices

Directions

  1. Heat Apple Cider Vinegar over medium heat until simmering.
  2. Combine onion, celery, carrots, bell pepper, cauliflower, garlic cloves, and peppercorn seasoning in a small, heat safe bowl with a lid.

  4. Allow to hydrate and marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour, but ideally 8-12 hours.
  5. Add sliced pepperoncini and top your favorite foods! Store covered in the refrigerator for up to a week.
