Ingredients

  • 4 1/3 c. THRIVE Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 2/3 c. Hot water
  • 6 oz. Cream cheese
  • 24 oz. Vanilla almond bark
  • 25 Candy sticks

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix the hot water with the brownie mix until well combined. Pour into a greased 9X13 pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 15-17 minutes, making sure not to over-bake.
  2. Let the brownies cool, then remove from the pan and place them into a mixing bowl with the softened cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  3. Using a cookie scoop, scoop out the brownie mixture and roll into balls. Place on a cookie sheet with wax paper.
  4. Add a candy stick in each brownie ball and place the cookie sheet in the freezer.
  5. Place the vanilla almond bark in a bowl over a boiling pot of water to melt, stirring frequently.
  6. Once the brownie pops are frozen, gently swirl each ball into the melted chocolate and coat well, allowing the excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl. Let the bark harden before serving.
  7. Chef Tip: Draw ghost faces with decorating chocolate!
