German Pancakes

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
- 1 c. THRIVE Instant Milk (reconstituted)
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 1 1/4 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
Directions
- Combine eggs, milk, water, and salt in blender and blend until fluffy.
- Tap in flour a little at a time, beating until well blended.
- Preheat empty 9x13 pan in oven for 3–4 minutes.
- Melt butter in preheated pan, pour in egg mixture, and immediately return to oven.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 425F.
- Brush with melted butter and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
- Top with fruit, maple syrup, or bananas and nuts.
