Ingredients

  • 1 c. Potato Beads
  • 1 c. THRIVE Cauliflower- Freeze Dried Crushed
  • 2 c. Water
  • 2/3 C. Milk, we use Thrive instant milk rehydrated
  • 3/4 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 3 tbsp. THRIVE Butter Powder Rehydrated
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder or fresh garlic

Directions

  1. In a medium size saucepan, heat the water, salt and butter Add the milk, potato beads and cauliflower
  2. Stir to moisten, do not beat. For creamier potatoes, add more milk or water. Add garlic to taste.
