ESPE's "Shake Your Booty" Salad

A super quick , no cook, refreshing salad made from all our favorite Thrive ingredients. Feel free to substitute fruits and veggies to your liking. Fun to make..."give it a Shake"!

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Asparagus
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Apricot
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Sweet Corn
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Sweetened Cranberries
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Bell Peppers
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Mango
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Peas
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Pineapple
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Celery
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Green Onions
- 1 c. THRIVE Chopped Chicken
- 3 tbsp. THRIVE Orange Bliss drink mix
- 1/4 c. Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce , or Aminos
- 2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp. Ground Ginger
- 1 pinch Garlic Powder
Directions
- Combine 1 cup cold water with Sesame Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Soy Sauce (or Aminos), Orange Bliss, Sesame Seeds Ginger and Garlic. Stir.
- Combine all salad ingredients into dish with sealable lid or gallon Ziploc bag. Add dressing and "Shake, Shake, Shake"!
- Cool for 10-15 minutes...or use ice water for dressing and it's ready sooner!
