Enchilada Sauce (Espagnole)

Our delicious enchilada sauce brings a little south-of-the-border flavor right to your kitchen!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 C Water
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/8 tsp Chipotle Powder or Cayenne
- 1/4 tsp Thrive Chef's Choice
- 1 Tbsp Thrive Chopped Onions - FD
- 1 Tbsp Garlic - Minced
- 1 tsp THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 2 Tbsp Thrive Green Chili Peppers - FD
- 1/3 C Thrive Espagnole (Savory Beef Gravy)
- 1 1/2 tsp Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro
- 1/4 C Sour Cream
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except sour cream and simmer for 4–5 minutes.
- Puree sauce in blender until smooth.
- Return to stove and heat to a simmer. Turn off heat and fold in sour cream.
- Fill and top enchiladas with sauce.
