Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 C Water
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/8 tsp Chipotle Powder or Cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp Thrive Chef's Choice
  • 1 Tbsp Thrive Chopped Onions - FD
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic - Minced
  • 1 tsp THRIVE Tomato Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Thrive Green Chili Peppers - FD
  • 1/3 C Thrive Espagnole (Savory Beef Gravy)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro
  • 1/4 C Sour Cream

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except sour cream and simmer for 4–5 minutes.
  2. Puree sauce in blender until smooth.
  3. Return to stove and heat to a simmer. Turn off heat and fold in sour cream.
  4. Fill and top enchiladas with sauce.
