Directions

  1. Refresh cheddar cheese by putting it in a bowl and covering it with enough cold water that it floats off the bottom of the bowl. Mix and set in fridge.
  2. Refresh sausage crumbles with hot water while getting the other ingredients together.
  3. Mix the egg powder with the water.
  4. Add onions and seasoning to eggs.
  5. Cut the crust off the bread and cut or tear it into strips.
  6. Cover the bottom of a 9 x9 pan with some of the bread.
  7. Sprinkle some cheese over the bread.
  8. Sprinkle some sausage over the cheese.
  9. Repeat this layering of bread, cheese, sausage until ingredients are all used up.
  10. Pour egg mixture on top of it all and press the bread down with a fork to make sure all bread is wet.
  11. Let sit in fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
  12. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
  13. Enjoy!
