Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Thrive Chopped Onions FD
  • 1/4 c. Thrive Green Bell Peppers FD
  • 1/4 c Thrive Red Bell Peppers FD
  • 1/2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c Water
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Season Salt

Directions

  1. Reconstitute onions and peppers by just covering with water.
  2. Allow to sit for 5 minutes and drain any excess water.
  3. In an egg pan, saute vegetables on high with Olive Oil for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Mix egg white powder and water together and add to the pan.
  5. Cook, stirring occasionally to fluff the egg.
  6. Add Basil and Season Salt when almost finished cooking.
