Egg White Scramble

Serve on top of wheat toast and frest tomatoes. Top with hot sauce or salsa.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Thrive Chopped Onions FD
- 1/4 c. Thrive Green Bell Peppers FD
- 1/4 c Thrive Red Bell Peppers FD
- 1/2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c Water
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Season Salt
Directions
- Reconstitute onions and peppers by just covering with water.
- Allow to sit for 5 minutes and drain any excess water.
- In an egg pan, saute vegetables on high with Olive Oil for 1-2 minutes.
- Mix egg white powder and water together and add to the pan.
- Cook, stirring occasionally to fluff the egg.
- Add Basil and Season Salt when almost finished cooking.
