Ingredients

  • 1/2 C THRIVE Egg White Powder
  • 1 C Water
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Green Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
  • 1 Tbsp THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 1 Tbsp Basil
  • 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Tomato Dices

Directions

  1. Reconstitute onions, tomatoes, and peppers by just covering with water. Allow to sit for 5 minutes and drain any excess water.
  2. In an egg pan, sauté vegetables on high with olive oil for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Mix egg white powder and water together and add to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally to fluff the egg.
  4. Add basil when almost finished cooking.
  5. Serve on top of wheat toast and fresh tomatoes!
