Ingredients

  • 12 Hard Boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Celery
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Yellow Mustard
  • 2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice

Directions

  1. Cover eggs with water and bring to boil. Once boiling turn off burner or remove and cover and let sit for 15 minutes
  2. After 15 minutes sit eggs in ice water to cool. Then peel and chop.
  3. Add celery and onions to chopped eggs.
  4. Stir in mayonnaise and mustard. Once mixed well add Chef's Choice seasoning blend and mix well.
