Dainty little egg rose to dress up your plate and
satisfy your taste buds. So cute.

Ingredients
- Butter
- 10" Soft Taco Shells
- 12 Tbsp FD Sausage
- 6 FD Eggs or Fresh Eggs
- 8 Teas FD Cheese
- 1/8 Teas FD Onions
- Sprinkle Salt and Pepper each one
- Optional - To suite Chopped Chives
Directions
- Generously Butter each of the recesses in the Muffin Tin
- Fold Shell in half, Roll and trim 1/2" above the Muffin Tin
- Put reconstituted Sausage In the middle of the Rose
- Scramble the eggs and pour in the middle of the Rose
- Salt and Pepper the Eggs
- Add onions, then Cheese and spritz with water
- Optional, Add Chopped Chives
- Snip outer edges of shell
- Bake at 325 degrees till edges turned slightly brown & Eggs re cooked through
