Ingredients

  • Butter
  • 10" Soft Taco Shells
  • 12 Tbsp FD Sausage
  • 6 FD Eggs or Fresh Eggs
  • 8 Teas FD Cheese
  • 1/8 Teas FD Onions
  • Sprinkle Salt and Pepper each one
  • Optional - To suite Chopped Chives

Directions

  1. Generously Butter each of the recesses in the Muffin Tin
  2. Fold Shell in half, Roll and trim 1/2" above the Muffin Tin
  3. Put reconstituted Sausage In the middle of the Rose
  4. Scramble the eggs and pour in the middle of the Rose
  5. Salt and Pepper the Eggs
  6. Add onions, then Cheese and spritz with water
  7. Optional, Add Chopped Chives
  8. Snip outer edges of shell
  9. Bake at 325 degrees till edges turned slightly brown & Eggs re cooked through
