Ingredients

  • 1 1/8 C THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix FD equivalent to 9 eggs to make 12 muffins
  • 1 2/3 C Water
  • 1 Tbsp Salad Seasoning Blend great spice with garlic, onions and basil
  • 1/2 Tbsp THRIVE Green Chili Peppers FD
  • 3/4 C THRIVE Sausage Crumbles, FD slightly reconstitute
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Chopped Spinach FD

Directions

  1. Whisk together scrambled eggs, water, salad seasoning and green chili peppers.
  2. Put sausage and spinach in a container with 1/3 cup water and use the tumble method to reconstitute.
  3. Add sausage and spinach to egg mixture.
  4. Spray muffin pan or cupcake liners with Pam Cooking spray.
  5. Scoop egg mixture into pan and place in preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes.
