Egg Noodle Lasagne

Ingredients
- 1 c. Egg Noodle Pasta
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger) - Freeze Dried
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Green Onions - Freeze Dried
- 1 tbsp. Tomato Powder
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Honey Crystals
- 1 tbsp. Whole Egg Powder
- 2 tbsp. Water
- 1/4 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/4 tsp. Parsley
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Freeze Dried Rehydrated
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Freeze Dried Rehydrated
Directions
- Cooking Quickly
- 1. Cook the egg noodles per the instructions on the can.
- 2. While the egg noodles are cooking mix everything else, except the rehydrated cheese, and heat it in the microwave (about 2-3 minutes).
- 3. Drain the egg noodles once cooked, discarding any excess water.
- 4. Mix the egg noodles, cheese, and heated meat mixture until blended and serve.
- 5. Save some cheese to use as a topping, if desired.
- Traditional Lasagne
- 1. Cook the egg noodles per the instructions on the can.
- 2. While the egg noodles are cooking mix everything else, except the rehydrated cheese.
- 3. Drain the egg noodles once cooked, discarding any excess water, and allow to cool slightly.
- 4. Grease the 6in. square pan with margarine, butter, or a non-stick spray (your preference).
- 5. Spread half the egg noodles in the bottom of the pan, then half the meat mixture, then half the cheese.
- 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for approximately half an hour (or until cheese is browned).
- 7. Serve hot.
