Ingredients

  • 1 cup THRIVE Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cup THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 1/3 cup THRIVE Tomato Powder
  • 1/4 cup THRIVE Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 hamburger buns of choice

Directions

  1. Rehydrate ground beef in 1/2 cup of water by bringing to a boil and then removing from heat. Let sit for 5-10 minutes with lid on. Strain and place back on medium heat.
  2. Add onion (with a splash of water), garlic powder, mustard and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, add water to tomato powder to make a tomato sauce consistency. Then add to meat mixture.
  4. Add ketchup and bell peppers. Simmer. The longer you simmer, the more flavor.
