Easy & Fast Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
- 1 cup THRIVE Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1/3 cup THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 1/4 cup THRIVE Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 hamburger buns of choice
Directions
- Rehydrate ground beef in 1/2 cup of water by bringing to a boil and then removing from heat. Let sit for 5-10 minutes with lid on. Strain and place back on medium heat.
- Add onion (with a splash of water), garlic powder, mustard and salt.
- In a separate bowl, add water to tomato powder to make a tomato sauce consistency. Then add to meat mixture.
- Add ketchup and bell peppers. Simmer. The longer you simmer, the more flavor.
