Easy Blueberry Cobbler

This simple recipe can be made in a regular oven or used for a delicious dutch oven dessert.

Ingredients
- 4 cups Thrive Blueberries
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1 lemon Juice and Zest
- 1 cup Water
- 1 roll Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough
Directions
- Combine blueberries, sugar, lemon juice/zest, and water in a medium bowl.
- Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Pour blueberry mixture into a greased 9x9 pan.
- Cut cookie dough into 1/4 inch slices and lay over top of blueberry layer.
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until cookie layer is a nice golden brown.
- Serve hot with ice cream!
