Ingredients

  • 1 c. Butter, salted, softened
  • 1 THRIVE Classic Cookie Dough Mix
  • 1/2 c. Dry Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 c. Granulated Sugars
  • 3 tbsp. Strong brewed coffee
  • 2 c. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Dash Cracked sea salt

Directions

  1. In Kitchen Aid mixer, or using other mixer, beat softened butter till fluffy. Slowly add dry cookie dough mix, cocoa powder, sugar as well as the 3 T very strong coffee. Once well blended, stir in chocolate chips. The dough should stay together so you can roll the dough into 1 inch balls.
  2. Place parchment on cookie sheet and set cookie balls spaced about 2 inches apart.
  3. Bake 360 degrees for 10 minutes/ Cookies will seem puffy and like they're not done. But once they cool, they will be like a rich brownie.
  4. Sprinkle with cracked sea salt after cookies come out of oven.
