THRIVE offers plenty of freeze-dried fruits so you can easily change this up to suit your tastes or what fruit is in your pantry. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to increase the serving size. This is another way that THIRVE makes eating healthy easy, even on the go!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C THRIVE Strawberry Slices
  • 3 Tbsp THRIVE Instant Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter (such as PB@, I used a store brand)
  • 1 pkg Vanilla Flavored Protein Powder (1 serving of your favortie protein powder, I used Ryte Fuel)
  • 8 oz Water
  • 2 ice cubes, optional

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until incorporated and smooth. I use a small, personal sized blender-cup which doubles as a travel cup - Great for grab and go!
