Creamed Chicken Soup Base in a Jar

This base has a wealth of possibilities. Here are just two suggestions.
-Add a package of gnocchi and simmer according to gnocchi directions
-Add to a prepared pie crust and top with a second for a pot pie, bake according to crust directions.

Ingredients
- Layer in Mason Jar
- 1 cup Freeze Dried Diced Chicken
- 1 cup Freeze Dried Potatoes
- 1 cup Freeze Dried Peas
- 1/4 cup Dehydrated Carrots
- 1/2 cup Instant Milk
- 1/2 cup Freeze Dried Spinach (powdered)
- 1 TBL Chef's Choice
Directions
- Layer the ingredients (not including the butter, garlic, water or chicken broth) in the order listed in a clean dry quart sized Mason Jar.
- When ready to prepare
- In a heated skillet melt 2 TBL butter and saute 1 TBL garlic with 2 TBL Flour Add 4 c chicken broth and 1 c. water then add the contents of the jar Simmer for 10-12 minutes until everything is soft through
