Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups TL FD spinach
- 1/3 cup TL FD raspberries
- 1/3 cup TL FD blackberries
- 1/3 cup TL FD blueberries
- 1 cup TL FD bananas
- 1 scoop protein powder, vanilla
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/8 tsp Now better organic stevia powder or 1 Tbsp cane sugar
- 1 cup ice
- 2 cups water
Directions
- Add TL FD spinach, berries, bananas, as well as protein powder, chia, sweetener, ice and water to a blender and mix.
- Divide into 3 shaker bottles and refrigerate for a 3 smoothie meal detox for the day or split the smoothie between friends and enjoy.
- To make as a MIJ: Layer ingredients into a 1 quart mason jar. Vacuum seal jar if storing long term. When ready to use: Add 1 cup of ice and 2 cups of water and blend.
