Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. whole almonds, halved
  • 2 c. Quick Oats
  • 1/2 c. sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c. raw cashews
  • 1/3 c. Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Pears - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Raspberries - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Blueberries - Freeze Dried

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Melt butter with honey in heavy small saucepan over low heat. Pour over granola mixture and toss well.
  4. Spread out mixture on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Continue to bake until granola is golden brown, stirring frequently, about 15 minutes longer. Cool.
  6. Toss with freeze dried fruits.
  7. Can be made 2 weeks ahead.
  8. Store airtight at room temperature.
  9. Serve over milk or yogurt, or eat as a snack on its own.
