Ingredients

  • 1 THRIVE Classic Cookie Dough Mix Made as per direction on the can, substituting peach juice for the water.
  • 1/4 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pkg. Jello instant cheesecake pudding
  • 1 c. THRIVE Peach FD - rehydrate before measuring.
  • 1/4 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 1/4 can Betty Crocker Cream Cheese Frosting

Directions

  1. Make up the can of classic cookie dough as per the instructions on the can. Substitute the water with peach juice.
  2. Add the flour, salt, pudding mix, vanilla and cinnamon and blend into the original dough.
  3. Fold in diced peaches.
  4. Scoop onto baking sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  5. Add a little Peach juice to thin the cream cheese frosting.
  6. Drizzle thinned frosting over cooled cookies.
