Cinnamon Peachie Cookies

This recipe has a subtle hint of peaches in an all time favorite cookie base. A sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of cream cheese frosting makes this a delicious summertime cookie.

Ingredients
- 1 THRIVE Classic Cookie Dough Mix Made as per direction on the can, substituting peach juice for the water.
- 1/4 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 pkg. Jello instant cheesecake pudding
- 1 c. THRIVE Peach FD - rehydrate before measuring.
- 1/4 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
- 1/4 can Betty Crocker Cream Cheese Frosting
Directions
- Make up the can of classic cookie dough as per the instructions on the can. Substitute the water with peach juice.
- Add the flour, salt, pudding mix, vanilla and cinnamon and blend into the original dough.
- Fold in diced peaches.
- Scoop onto baking sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
- Add a little Peach juice to thin the cream cheese frosting.
- Drizzle thinned frosting over cooled cookies.
