Ingredients

  • 1 c Organic Quinoa cook as directed
  • 1 c THRIVE Broccoli - Freeze Dried
  • 1 c THRIVE Chopped Spinach - Freeze Dried
  • 1 c THRIVE Chopped Chicken - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1/2 tsp Peppercorn
  • 3 clv garlic minced
  • 1/2 c THRIVE Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese - Freeze Dried refreshed
  • 1/2 c Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Cook quinoa as directed, then add to oven safe skillet. Refresh chicken, broccoli, spinach, and green chili peppers; add to quinoa.
  2. Stir into the skillet the chefs choice, peppercorn, garlic and sour cream. Mix all ingredients well.
  3. Top with monterey jack cheese. Place skillet in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
