Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 clv. Garlic, Raw
  • 1/3 c. Chopped Onions- Dehydrated
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 3 tbsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
  • 1/2 c. Lentils
  • 1/2 c. Pearled Barley
  • 1/2 tsp. Basil
  • 1/4 tsp. Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. Dried Rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Chicken - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Carrot Dices
  • 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices - Freeze Dried
  • 1 tbsp. Tomato Powder
  • 8 c. Water

Directions

  1. In a large sauce pan, cook onion, bell pepper, and garlic in Olive oil until starting to brown.
  2. Carefully stir in water, bouillon, lentils, barley, carrots, and spices.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in Chicken, cover and simmer 20 minutes more.
  6. Add diced tomatoes and tomato powder.
  7. Let sit five minutes. Enjoy!
