Chicken Lentil + Barley Soup

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 clv. Garlic, Raw
- 1/3 c. Chopped Onions- Dehydrated
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 3 tbsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
- 1/2 c. Lentils
- 1/2 c. Pearled Barley
- 1/2 tsp. Basil
- 1/4 tsp. Oregano
- 1/4 tsp. Dried Rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Chicken - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices - Freeze Dried
- 1 tbsp. Tomato Powder
- 8 c. Water
Directions
- In a large sauce pan, cook onion, bell pepper, and garlic in Olive oil until starting to brown.
- Carefully stir in water, bouillon, lentils, barley, carrots, and spices.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes.
- Stir in Chicken, cover and simmer 20 minutes more.
- Add diced tomatoes and tomato powder.
- Let sit five minutes. Enjoy!
